Health Guarantee and Contract


This agreement, made this ______ day of _______________ 2009, by and between Spagnoletti
Boxers  (Breeder) and ______________________________ (Purchaser) regarding the sale of the
following Boxer puppy/dog.

Spagnoletti Boxers have made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy/dog. We guarantee
this puppy/dog is purebred and registerable with the AKC. We guarantee that all vaccinations and
worming have been given as stated on the vaccination schedule. We encourage the buyer to have
this puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours of taking
possession of this puppy/dog. If the sales transaction takes place on Friday and Monday is a
holiday, the buyer will be given an extra 24 hours to have puppy/dog examined by a licensed
veterinarian. If this puppy/dog is found to have a life threatening hereditary congenital defect, a
replacement puppy/dog of equal value will be given, provided that the seller is notified within 24
hours after the exam.  This puppy/dog must be returned ,  within 24 hours,  to the breeder along
with the AKC registration papers and  a signed document from the licensed Veterinarian stating the
defect or problem. This return of the puppy/dog will be at no expense to the breeder. We, the
breeder, are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you, the buyer. This guarantee
does not include injuries, fleas, mites, cocei, giardia or any other intestinal worms/parasites, as
they are common in dogs and puppies. Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or
Cornona Virus after 48 hours of the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be
contacted immediately after leaving the Breeder. We will not be responsible for illness or health
problems which are diagnosed after this time period, except where stated in this contract.

Your puppy/dog is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of birth against life threatening congenital
defects. If within that time a life threatening congenital defect (not to include parvo virus, distemper
virus, heartworms or any nutrition related disease) is found by a licensed veterinarian, the Breeder
will replace the puppy/dog with another puppy/dog of same breed and quality. The replacement will
be subject to availability (within 12 months). The puppy/dog will be replaced and no monies will be
refunded. The purchaser must provide, at the buyer’s expense, a written statement from a licensed
veterinarian. We, the breeder, are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you, the
buyer. We will not be responsible for illness or any health problems, which are diagnosed after this
time period. There is no guarantee that the puppy will be a show prospect /or will be able to breed.
If for any reason we the breeder and the original purchaser of this puppy should end up in a court
of law, then the original
purchaser hereby agrees to bare any and all court costs and attorney’s fees for both the breeder
and original purchaser.  
Further more it is agreed that any court proceedings shall be held in the breeders state and county

In the unlikely event of this puppy/dog’s death in the first year, due to congenital defects, a
statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required before any
action will be taken by the breeder. If cause is unknown, an autopsy is required. The breeder will
not be responsible for veterinary or medical bills incurred. Buyer is responsible for any shipping
fees, if another puppy have to be shipped for any reason.

Your puppy/dog has been on a vaccination and de-worming schedule here and is up to date and
these records will be provided to you. Please take these records to your veterinarian, as it is very
important to continue with these vaccinations and worming after you get your puppy/dog home.
Please do not forget the annual booster after that.

You, the buyer, agree to insure your puppy/dog’s good health and to keep our guarantee in effect
by taking good care of the puppy/dog and providing good food, housing and good medical care.

This contract is valid for the original purchaser of the puppy/dog from Spagnoletti Boxers
(Breeder). If the puppy/dog is transferred to another owner, this contract is null and void.

The breeder makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, under this contract except as stated
above.

By signing below, Purchaser acknowledges receipt of a copy of this agreement, information
package, including feeding information and worming/vaccine schedule.

We hope that we have helped you to choose the right puppy/dog for you and your family. If for any
reason this puppy/dog does not work out for you, or if your life changes such that you are unable
to provide this puppy/dog with a happy home, please call us for assistance in finding him/her a
good home. Spagnoletti Boxers are bred with love and devotion and no matter what their age, their
welfare is our main concern. We can be reached at 1-606-787-0001.

We always appreciate and enjoy updates and pictures on how our puppy/dog is  doing in their
homes. We are available to you for any help we might be able to give. Enjoy the new member to
your family.
